- Dice and fry one onion in oil
- Add one undrained can of chopped tomatoes
- Add one drained can of kidney beans
- Add mince
- Add whatever spices you have kicking about (I recommend chilli powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, pepper, paprika and marjoram)
- Optional extras: a can of sweetcorn, a stock cube, a little bit of dark chocolate or brown sugar, any vegetables…
