Strawberry Strudel

- Unroll one pack of thawed Jus-Rol pastry onto a non-stick tray
- Pour on half a jar strawberry compote in a line down the middle
- Half ten or so strawberries and place on top of the strawberry compote
- Fold in the sides and brush with an egg-yolk to make them stick down
- Cook at 200c for 20 mins
- Dust with some icing sugar if want (optional)
