  • Unroll one pack of thawed Jus-Rol pastry onto a non-stick tray
  • Pour on half a jar strawberry compote in a line down the middle
  • Half ten or so strawberries and place on top of the strawberry compote
  • Fold in the sides and brush with an egg-yolk to make them stick down
  • Cook at 200c for 20 mins
  • Dust with some icing sugar if want (optional)
