  • Lightly brown some chorizo in a frying pan (1 sausage for 2 people)
  • Transfer the chorizo, spelt (2 big handful per person) and tinned tomatoes (1 can between 2 people) to a casserole dish
  • Fill the empty tomato tin with hot water and beef stock (1 cube per 2 people)
  • Cook in the oven at about 160 degrees for about 40 minutes
