  • Dice a swede into rough, 3cm-ish sized bits
  • Peel and quarter an onion
  • Peel a garlic clove
  • Put them in an oiled roasting tray
  • Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of mixed spice
  • Roast them all together until the swede is golden
  • Add some water and blend
