Apple & Date Porridge

- Put porridge oats in a microwave-proof bowl
- Chop in eight or so dates per person (I find scissors pretty good for this)
- Add a pinch of salt
- Cover the dates and oats with apple juice
- Microwave for about 3 minutes on full power
