  • Dice and fry one onion in oil
  • Add one undrained can of chopped tomatoes
  • Add one drained can of kidney beans
  • Add mince
  • Add whatever spices you have kicking about (I recommend chilli powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, pepper, paprika and marjoram)
  • Optional extras: a can of sweetcorn, a stock cube, a little bit of dark chocolate or brown sugar, any vegetables…
